Winter is coming…

October begins and, with it, the last quarter of the year. After recharging your batteries during the summer holidays and getting through the month of September, which is always a bit uphill, we should not miss the moment to stop for a few minutes, make a small review of what we have achieved and remember where we are going.

Our maxim has always been very clear. Take advantage of the enormous possibilities of cross-selling between customers and potential customers of Psicotec and Gestolasa.

Perhaps one of our Talent Development clients is interested in analysing absenteeism in their organisation and better managing their sick leave and disability… or a Payroll client may urgently need to incorporate talent… The possibilities of finding a cross-business or joint venture are innumerable. But are we listening to the needs of our customers? And if so, are we able to identify that for some time, thanks to our alliance, we have been able to cover them?

That is why it is important to introduce a new concept: smart selling.

Once we know what we do, the next step is to be able to understand what needs each client has and focus as efficiently as possible to meet them.

The way of approaching a small customer is radically different from that of a multinational. And even companies of the same size can have different processes and times depending on their sector of activity. Information is power and having information about the market and about our interlocutors is the key to success.

Do we have the information we need? Are we capable of achieving it? And most important of all… Do we store the information in commercial management systems tailored to our needs? The implementation of a CRM is a critical point in the commercial strategy of any organization, especially for Human Resources consulting companies. It is in environments like ours that the trust that derives from the information we process becomes a decisive value.

With proper information management, the possibilities that open up to us are even greater. Segmentation, personalized attention, and account tracking over time should propel us through the next three months (and beyond) to end the year as we deserve.

Cheer up everyone@s!
