The Change: New Winds for Development & Consulting Projects

In times of Agile and Scrum, companies are more aware than ever that, as Darwin said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor is it the smartest. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.”

Adapting to change, diversity and new organizational models is already a reality in our companies and that is why at Psicotec we strengthen our Development & Consulting Area with several projects focused on transformation and change management. Among all of them, we highlight:

FRUSA AND NOSOPLAS | A journey towards change

Frusa and Nosoplas are two companies of the Coca-Cola group, the first Valencian manufacturer of juice concentrates, and the second Galician manufacturer of PET bottles and preforms.

Every year, the management teams of both firms, together with Cobega executives, meet to share values and projects. In this context, Psicotec led two days in which , through experiential methodology, work was done on the competencies associated with change and the management of teams and people in VUCAH environments.

The experiential methodology is our differential value since the level of anchoring of the knowledge acquired is much deeper and more durable. If we promote change from within the person, it will be extrapolated to the day-to-day life of our organizations.

FERMAX | Agile change management

Coinciding with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of this important electronics firm, the team of managers was invited to a team building day, in which the focus was on key aspects such as teamwork, conflict as the basis for growth and change as a continuous element in the management of teams and projects.

More than 15 participants learned first-hand how to anticipate change and what can be done to convey a “positive urgency” when it comes to transforming our processes, teams and organizations.

Change is complex and many times we may not know where to start. At Psicotec we can help you shape any Development & Consulting project you may need.
