We are experiencing a very big change with respect to business culture. There is a need for greater leadership and business leaders require tools in specific situations, such as giving feedback as a boss, handling conflict situations, and empowering their teams.

In this context, Liderman has decided to integrate a Coaching Program for Leaders in order to develop them and generate the necessary space for them to deploy their full potential. From Psicotec we are proud of the trust they have placed in us by commissioning us to develop the Liderman – Psicotec Coaching program that we have carried out from our Training and Talent Development Area.
What does the program consist of?
It is a reflective, creative process, but also an action process that helps to enhance the skills and competencies of leaders, experiencing higher levels of performance in the process through the establishment of development objectives. In this process, the leader becomes aware of his strengths that will help him leverage his development and also of his opportunities for improvement that could limit him.
What is the objective of the coaching program for leaders?
The main objectives of the Liderman – Psicotec Coaching Program are:
- Strengthen the leadership and self-management skills of employees.
- Value the skills to lead and accompany others.
- In short, to improve skills and competencies for their own personal development, to be able to influence the environment and to deploy a more effective work in their day to day.
How long does a business coaching program last?
Generally our programs last from 9 to 12 sessions, in addition to 2 follow-up sessions. Once the process is closed, the duration will depend on the development objective.
The sessions can be face-to-face, virtual or hybrid, this will depend on the skills being worked on and the availability of the leader.
In each group of sessions it is necessary to have feedback from the system (managers or people who are being impacted by the leader’s progress) that helps to adjust the process. These programs are adapted to the needs of each company, and all of them start with a diagnosis based on a 360° evaluation and close with a final diagnosis, since we base everything on metrics and measurable focuses.
What are business coaching programs like?
Currently, most sessions are held outside the work environment, as it facilitates a “change of scenery” that favors personal development and taking distance.
These sessions last between 50 and 60 minutes every 15 days and in each session the leader accompanied by the coach reflects on their values, beliefs, habitual behaviors that give them and that do not work. In this way, new ways of perceiving and impacting their reality are proposed, and commitments to action are established between sessions, which bring them closer to their development objective.
