Psicotec has started a new collaboration this year in the selection of young talents and management of agreements for the CITIUS program. Specifically, it manages the Internship Program of one of the leading companies in the automotive sector, in which more than 40 young graduates participate annually.
The young professionals who are part of the program have completed their higher education less than 4 years ago, have an international profile, a good level of English and a specialization aligned with the department and functions to be performed in the position in which they are joining.
During the 12 months of the program, the selected participants carry out a full-time internship in the company, collaborating in different projects of relevance to the brands that make up the group. At the same time, they are studying a Master’s Degree in Business Management through the Autonomous University of Barcelona, within the so-called CITIUS Program. In this process, Psicotec intervenes by recruiting, selecting and managing the necessary documentation for the programme itself, together with the client company and the UAB admissions team.
This project joins the client portfolio for the selection of junior programs, recent graduates and young talent programs currently managed by Psicotec, thanks to its accumulated experience of more than 30 years in the market.
