One of the main international food and distribution groups has decided to rely on Psicotec for the search and selection of 10 future retail directors in line with its ambitious strategy of openings in our country.
For this project to go ahead, it is essential to select candidates who, in addition to experience with the public, provide a series of key skills for a company of its characteristics: customer orientation, teamwork and the ability to manage and develop people. All this together with an important ease of interpersonal communication, kindness and closeness in treatment.
One of the peculiarities of the process is geographical dispersion. Since the positions to be filled are located in several Spanish provinces (La Rioja, Vizcaya, Navarra, Teruel, Huesca and Barcelona), the finalists have significant flexibility when it comes to changing residence.
For a month and a half, and after collecting the peculiarities of each of the profiles, the recruitment sources throughout Spain were activated, after which the suitability of the applications and their adjustment with respect to the demanded profiles were evaluated.
Thanks to our own selection methodology, in which we align the corporate values with those of the candidates, the 10 finalist profiles were proposed and incorporated by the client.
