At the end of 2021 we began our collaboration with an important transport company expert in mobility, based in Madrid and with national and international implementation, with which we have become an HR partner.
For some years now, they have been immersed in a situation of change and evolution, which entails the reorganization of their structure and the commitment to the search for that talent that allows them to continue growing. On this path, at Psicotec we accompany them in this transformation process, we advise on profiles, trends and we assume the responsibility of identifying professionals of great value for different departments of the organization, from those more technical and operational, to others more structural, also incorporating technological and digital positions.
To do this, we approach the searches from a prism of closeness and trust, guiding the identification of profiles not only based on that “hard profile” that we define in a first meeting, but also based on the culture and values of the group and that allows us to incorporate professionals committed and identified with the business project they lead.
For the search and dissemination strategy, we apply inbound recruiting methodology. The alignment with the culture, values and with the competence profile is carried out through different techniques and evaluation tests in each case, with the interview for critical incidents and values being fundamental for this phase. The identification of these profiles is different in each case, so we develop a search and dissemination strategy adapted to each need. The entire process is perfectly traced, following our ISO 10667 procedure (Standard in which we are certified) and complies with the principles of equality, transparency and confidentiality.
After proposing a list of finalist candidacies to our Client, we support the necessary procedures for recruitment and accompany the professional in the onboarding process.
In this way, in the last six months we have incorporated more than 12 professionals who, to date, have adapted to the company and have joined the business project from all points of view.
