On May 31 in Lima, the Agreement for the provision of services between Psicotec Peru and the Chamber of Commerce was signed. The agreement includes the provision of Psicotec services to the Spanish Chamber so that it can promote Human Resources services to associated companies and potential customers. The services provided by Psicotec will be the following:
- Personnel Selection Managers
- Middle Management Selection
- RPO- Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- BPO- Business Process Outsourcing (HR Department).
- Implementation of the HR Department: design of process manuals, creation of procedures and analysis of indicators.
- People development: performance evaluation, training plan.
Also, on June 20th, Psicotec participated as a sponsor in the Annual Camaraderie Lunch organized by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. The event was held at The Westin Lima & Convention Center, which was attended by Vanessa Cartagena, General Director of Psicotec Peru and Ana Penas, Project Manager of Psicotec Peru.
