Last Thursday, May 19, Psicotec, a multinational consulting firm that offers comprehensive solutions in people management, participated in the plenary meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization 314 “Human resources management” at AENOR’s headquarters in Madrid.
The Technical Committee for Standardisation AEN/CTN 314 “Human resources management” is a forum created by AENOR in Spain in which top-level stakeholders in the country participate and are therefore part of this ISO initiative.
This is an interesting initiative promoted by the international committee ISO/TC 260 “Human resource management”, led by the USA, which has the participation of more than 40 countries and has proposed a complete work program that addresses numerous aspects of people management, the objectification of which will be very useful for organizations and professionals.
Psicotec, a firm supporter of good practices in people management, actively participates in the debate and development of standards regarding Recruitment, Training and Development, among others.
The consulting firm was the first Spanish-speaking organization to obtain ISO 10667 certification, which ensures good practices in the evaluation of individuals, groups and organizations in Spain, Portugal and Peru.
