The automotive sector is one of the most dynamic and contributes the most to Spanish GDP. For this reason, for more than 30 years, Psicotec has been developing multiple projects for the vast majority of the companies that make up this engine of the economy.
Among others, a national project has recently been launched, a reference at European level, which seeks to identify strengths, areas of development and potential of the group of Directors (around 80 professionals).
Once the specific methodology was established, a series of in-depth skills analysis sessions were launched throughout Spain, after which results were presented to the Management.

Taking these conclusions as a basis, to close the project, a round of feedback sessions began in which the Personalized Self-Development Manuals were delivered.
