Psicotec joins ENEX, a global network of Executive Search, Direct Search and Headhunting
We are proud to announce that Psicotec joins ENEX, a global network of Executive Search, Direct Search and Headhunting, as a further step in our international growth strategy.
Since our beginnings back in 1985, at Psicotec we have always been clear that the world of Human Resources consulting is played in two leagues: one national and the other international.
That is why we are committed to internationalization and strengthen our presence not only in Spain, but also in those strategic markets that allow us to generate and capitalize on our economies of scale in the exciting world of Talent.
Portugal, Colombia, Chile, Peru and our partners in Mexico and Brazil have allowed us to continue growing in international business volume without losing what has always made us special, the quality of our solutions and our commitment to the customer.
Today we are going one step further and joining ENEX, a global network of independent companies specialising in Executive Search, Direct Search and Headhunting. This new milestone in our history allows us to expand our presence to more than 40 countries on five continents, being able to collaborate in markets as diverse as India, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates or the United States.
It is a milestone that will also allow us to transform our Search & Selection area, within which we will carry out a relaunch of our Executive Search and Headhunting line. This line has always been part of Psicotec’s DNA, but from today it takes on a renewed prominence that, we are sure, will result in a better service and a 100% global reach.
For Psicotec it is a special day but we want you, our customers, to also feel it as something important. This new alliance will allow us to offer our services in markets where we were not present until now and to locate new professionals with innovative knowledge that will allow us to better prepare our organizations for the future.
“It is the beginning of a new and exciting journey in which, as always, we look forward to having you.”
