In the current international context, only those organizations that, acting as a global player, are able to leverage and increase their activities at the local level will be able to face uncertainty.
For this reason, in mid-2022, at Psicotec we took a step further in our internationalization strategy: joining the ENEX International Direct Search and Headhunting Network. A decision that has allowed us to offer our solutions in more than 40 countries around the world and a natural step in our international strategy.
Psicotec’s international vocation
Since our beginnings we have always understood the importance of combining local and international presence. As a result of this vision, in 2006 we opened our first office outside Spain in Lisbon.
This international trip took us to Latin America (Peru, Chile, Colombia) and to seek a series of agreements with partners in strategic markets such as Mexico and Brazil, becoming one of the main Human Resources consultancies in the Ibero-American world.
But that vocation led us to continue expanding our horizons…
What is ENEX?
ENEX Global is a global network of independent companies specialized in Executive Search, Direct Search and Headhunting. With a presence in more than 40 countries on 5 continents, it focuses on the search and incorporation of professionals for Middle, Senior and Top Management positions.

ENEX Global Annual Meeting 2023 – GAM ENEX Valencia
Valencia, chosen as the city with the best quality of life in 2022, hosted the annual meeting of the ENEX Global Network from 3 to 5 May this year, which was attended by more than 30 members.
After the welcome and opening of the meeting, various moments were organized in which some critical aspects for the present and future of the Talent Search were deepened: the digital transformation of the sector, Candidate Experience & Client Journey, new forms of commercial dynamization in human resources consulting and ISO standards and quality standards, among others…
Importance of the GAM ENEX Valencia 2023?
For Psicotec, this meeting has been a first-rate opportunity to integrate into the network and to demonstrate the track record of success that we have accumulated. It has also allowed us to strengthen relationships with other partners, which in turn has resulted in the implementation of exciting Direct Search & Headhunting projects in places as remote as the United States, Japan or Singapore.
It is the decisive step in Psicotec’s commitment to internationalization and that marks the course to follow in the future.
So much so that María Luisa Riobóo, Managing Director of Psicotec, has been appointed Head of Western Europe at ENEX with two main objectives:
