Since 2018, Psicotec has been the training partner for one of the business units of the Robert Bosch Group, namely the Bosch Car Service and Autocrew workshop network. With the aim of guaranteeing the quality of the after-sales service and the customer experience, a business training programme was launched, in which the keys are the commercial strategy, with the customer as the protagonist, and people management.
Thus, the program includes training workshops in Spain and Portugal that respond not only to adequate training, but also aligned with the brand’s growth and digitalization strategy. This business training includes the BASA Certification, which is internationally recognised by the Robert Bosch Group. In this sense, and even following international guidelines, all courses have been completely adapted to the reality and needs of both markets (Spain and Portugal), taking into account the specific and legal details of the sector itself.
This project is another milestone for Psicotec, endorsing its ability to implement and execute Iberian projects with the resources and structures adapted to the needs of customers in both markets.
Some numbers of the project:
– Spain: It has been a long work of building knowledge and alignment with the common goal of developing people, ensuring better quality work for professionals and personalized customer service. Throughout 2019, and in all the Autonomous Communities of Spain, 379 participants have passed through the classrooms in a total of 74 training days.
– Portugal: The training sessions held in Lisbon and Porto, covering the entire network of the country, have so far had 24 training courses, attended by 188 participants.

For 2020 we have already planned an exercise that will surely be productive and full of new skills and knowledge to develop!
