Almost all regular readers will have heard of Psicotec and Gestolasa. Many will know us personally and some even collaborate regularly with one or both organizations. In recent weeks we have made public news that marks a before and after for our customers: we have sealed a strategic alliance with a vocation for the future.
Why and why now? Three moments allow us to explain this evolution:
Past, because both organizations have been closely linked since their foundation. They know each other perfectly and have collaborated on numerous occasions over the years.
Psicotec was founded in 1985 with the aim of providing comprehensive services in the field of HR to the Tudor industrial group. This project, led by Ignacio del Busto, initially provided its services nationwide with offices in Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona. In 2006 it began operations in Portugal and since 2007 in Latin America (Peru and Colombia). It currently also serves projects worldwide thanks to its international office support network.
Gestiones Socio Laborals, Gestolasa, is an HR consulting company that since its origins in 1989 has maintained a determined focus aimed at providing services to companies in the field of their Human Resources, designing solutions tailored to the needs and particularity of their network, and collaborating with them in their implementation. Its more than 800 clients to date endorse the solidity of its professionals with a high academic training and experience in disciplines such as labor and social security law, actuarial analysis, solutions for the outsourcing of administrative processes in the area or support in the management of Permanent Disability.
Present, because today they are two prominent and complementary players in the human resources consulting sector in Spain. Psicotec, with more than 30 years behind it, specialises in the search, selection and development of Talent, while Gestolasa brings more than 20 years of experience in the world of labour and social security advice, outsourcing of personnel administration services, social welfare and the dismissal of workers from the company or in the management of permanent disability processes.
