On April 4, Mª Luisa Riobóo, General Director of Psicotec, was awarded as one of the ten most influential personalities in the field of human resources.
This initiative, launched by Digital HR and now in its fifth edition, brings together more than 350 finalists and selects the ten Spanish professionals who have stood out the most in the profession either for their intervention and contribution in the media and/or events, the quality of the human resources policies implemented and the creation, proposal or implementation of measures that generate employment in Spain.
Psicotec, committed to excellence and continuous improvement, is part of AENOR’s CTN 260 Standardising Technical Committee for people management, and was the first Spanish HR consultancy to achieve ISO10667 certification that guarantees quality in the evaluation processes of people, groups and organisations.
Since its foundation in 1985, it has been growing and currently provides its services in Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Peru and Chile to companies from various sectors, including the automotive, pharmaceutical, energy and food industries.
