During 2019 Psicotec has collaborated with numerous organizations from various sectors providing comprehensive support in the Performance Management process and in evaluation interviews. We have an online evaluation platform, through which we facilitate the implementation of agile and simple processes for the evaluation and feedback process between managers and collaborators.

One of our strengths is that at Psicotec we work with a powerful data analysis and reporting platform in the cloud, which allows you to configure custom reports, apply customized filters or browse directly through the base data. This allows obtaining a matrix of performance and potential of the organization (9 box grid) or geographical maps with the results obtained by each of the centers evaluated.
