Mª Luisa Riobóo, General Director of Psicotec S.A., assumed on April 5 the Presidency of CTN 314, Technical Standardization Committee dedicated to the area of Human Resources that aims to develop good practices in the field of Selection, Evaluation, Development, etc.
This Committee has UNE as Technical Secretariat and top-level companies such as ADIF, FCC Medio Ambiente, AIDMME, TIRME S.A. and the Official College of Psychology of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as members.
The new President declares that “it is an honour for me to take on this responsibility, which responds, without a doubt, to the DNA of any active professional in the field of Human Resources. From this group we intend, on the one hand, to be aware of the activity of developing good practices in more than 50 countries with experts worldwide and, on the other, to contribute and influence the development of new standards. Why? Because from Spain we have a lot to say”.
At a time like the present, when Human Resources management is in full change, initiatives of this type can lead the future development of the sector, so it is important to remember that CTN 314 is a group open to the admission of new members who, like its current members, want to maintain an active focus worldwide in the field of Human Resources.
