The Fiestas are approaching and with them the end of 2018. It’s a good time to look back at the last 12 months and look at what we can improve and what our best practices have been to maintain in the year ahead.
The central idea on which we began to work was the joint visits. In these months we have made more than 50 visits shared between Psicotec and Gestolasa and both organizations have generated business for our colleagues. A great start that must grow.
In February we held a Permanent Disability working breakfast. The know-how of Gestolasa’s IP area was joined by the Psicotec network in the Valencian Community and to this day there are still cases underway that came out of that event. A great example of how, working together, we can enhance our strengths.
More recently, we have analysed in depth the different possibilities of presenting ourselves to the market and we have reaffirmed our desire to promote cross-selling and smart selling. Visits and sales materials with a suitable image are essential, but efforts need to be optimized. If we are able to get to know our customers and potential customers, better focus the offers and segment the messages for each type of audience, we will have a large part of the work on track. We have taken firm steps in recent months, but this will be one of our great challenges for 2019; business intelligence.
Another great possibility that opens up before us is to continue taking steps in the Alliance. Being able to present joint proposals or even to be able to create a service provided by both organizations would help us to know more and more about ourselves and to be able to share more and more great objectives. It’s an ambitious horizon, but it’s only through high aspirations that we can bring out the best in ourselves.
We live in a time full of changes but change, if it is oriented effectively, must be for the better. That is the illusion that moves us and the one that we want to continue to do, with even more strength next year. If we all contribute our approaches together, we will create a rich and diverse environment that will help us continue to position ourselves as a benchmark in the field of Human Resources Consulting.
