Hyundai nationwide sales manager network assessment project

Last September, an evaluation project was carried out for the entire national network of Hyundai Sales Managers with the aim of developing these professionals in the future.

Prior to carrying out the evaluations, the identification of competencies and target values of evaluation was carried out, all in accordance with the brand’s strategy very focused on passion for the brand and team motivation.

The evaluation methodology implemented, Psicotec’s own (APP Sales), consisted of the application of online competency questionnaires, Business Case and BEI and values interview.

With the results, a factor analysis was carried out that served as a lever for the establishment of development plans, currently in the design phase.
