Today we talk about one of the most interesting evaluation projects that we develop at Psicotec, the HYUNDAI Assessment for the detection of the best talent.
Hyundai is one of the brands with the greatest projection and upward evolution worldwide in recent years. In our country, they have undoubtedly positioned themselves as an automotive benchmark in terms of innovation, quality, market share and focus on customer experience. At Psicotec we have been accompanying the Brand for the last six years, supporting its strategy and evolution, as a partner in Human Resources, specifically, helping Hyundai to identify the best talent for its Commercial Network and After-Sales Network nationwide, for the incorporation of the best profiles. All this through the Assessment.
To this end, an objective validation methodology was designed for new hires, guaranteeing greater reliability and success in the selection processes carried out by the Network.
At Psicotec we know the importance of aligning strategic and business objectives with the human team and talent in organizations. To this end, over the years we have been adapting and improving the procedure and implementing new assessment tools to meet the needs of the Organization.
In this sense, from the beginning of the collaboration, an ad hoc methodology was established aligned with the sales and after-sales profiles to be evaluated, having recently made the necessary changes and adaptations as a result of the evolution of the market and the needs of the Company.
HYUNDAI Assessment: What is the evaluation process for the detection of the best talent?
It is a fully digitized procedure through Psicotec’s online testing platform, where each applicant takes competency tests. The process is completed with an online interview (skills and values) through the digital platform offered by Psicotec, in which the candidate-position fit is evaluated.
The evolution of profiles and the automotive market in recent years has led us to make available to our customers all kinds of digital tools for the evaluation of these profiles, focusing on skills related to the use of technology, openness to change, curiosity and learning among the most representative.

The success of the collaboration between Hyundai and Psicotec has led to the following figures, within the framework of a living and constantly evolving project:
- More than 1,100 professionals from the Sales Network and 400 professionals from the After-Sales Area have taken the Psicotec Online Assessment .
Annually, we provide an Earnings Report with a comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to provide a “snapshot” of the most representative project information to help Hyundai make decisions and implement changes as it deems appropriate.
At Psicotec we work with Analytics, a powerful analysis tool with the capacity to process a large volume of data and obtain partial reports adapted to the business parameters that interest the client, in each case, in addition to queries and data extraction.
