During the month of May, Psicotec has given a 25-hour workshop on creativity and dynamization of training, aimed at a group of internal trainers from one of the main urban transport companies in Barcelona.
The aim of the programme has been to provide these professionals with tools to create and develop support materials – dynamics, role-playing, storytelling and games, among others – to optimise their role as internal trainers. Throughout the workshop, participants have created new activities and dynamics, which will allow them to improve the impact of training, the motivation of participants, the transfer of knowledge and maximize its transfer to the workplace and the organization.
The process has been structured in 4 sessions taught by expert trainers, the first of them focused on games and dynamics, the second on storytelling and the third focused on theatrical techniques applied to training. This has allowed them to experiment and learn the fundamentals of each of these techniques, as well as to identify multiple application options in their internal training. Throughout these sessions, participants were supported by the team of trainers to design and develop their own activities and exercises, adapting them to their themes and needs and with the aim of incorporating them into their own sessions.
On the fourth and final day, each participant presented their activity, created individually throughout the workshop. In this session, they were attended by directors and managers of the area, as well as human resources of the organization, who were able to observe first-hand the results achieved.
The program has obtained an exceptional evaluation, being recognized by the participants as one of the best trainings received and as a high-impact training by the client.
