Last November, Almaraz-Trillo Nuclear Power Plants, AIE, obtained the Quality of Services Certificate in People Assessment based on the UNE-ISO 10667 Standard granted by Aenor.
This certification to Almaraz-Trillo Nuclear Power Plants includes the areas of recruitment and selection (part 1: Requirements for the Client) and guarantees quality in the processes of evaluating people in work and organizational environments.
Psicotec has been collaborating with CNAT since 2003 in the identification and evaluation of the most suitable Talent for its structure and in this certification process it has provided support in the design and establishment of procedures and in the advice aimed at obtaining the certification itself.
Psicotec itself was the first Spanish Human Resources Consultant to obtain this certification and its experience in this regard has been of great help to CNAT.
