Sedapal, the State Water and Sewerage Service Company of Peru, has commissioned Psicotec, for the second consecutive year, to evaluate the degree of satisfaction in relation to the work environment of its workers.
This project, aligned with its objectives of continuous improvement of work environments, seeks to know the opinion of more than 2000 workers from the different Sedapal headquarters based on 13 factors and various variables that affect the perception of the work environment.
To achieve this, a mixed methodology has been used that combines the preparation of surveys with several Focus Groups that allowed to delve deeper into certain critical elements, after which a statistical-factorial analysis was carried out aimed at facilitating decision-making that results in the improvement of the working conditions of Sedapal workers.
Since 2019 has been the second consecutive year that the public entity has trusted Psicotec Peru to develop this study, this project will allow the analysis of the different variations that may have occurred in the last 12 months, very valuable information for any Human Resources department.
