At Psicotec<\/a>, an international human resources consulting firm, we celebrated Psicotec’s 40th anniversary on October 22. It was an unforgettable event that brought together more than 120 professionals from the field of Human Resources and People Management and took place at the Fundaci\u00f3n Pons (c\/ Serrano 138, Madrid), in a space where emotion, innovation, and a look toward the future came together in an evening designed to awaken the five senses. <\/p>\n\n

Four decades promoting talent and transformation<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n

Since our founding in 1985, Psicotec has grown hand in hand with people and organizations, adapting to changes in the labor market and anticipating trends that shape the future of talent management. Forty years later, our purpose remains intact: to help companies and professionals develop through innovative, customized, and sustainable solutions. <\/p>\n\n

During the event, tribute was paid to the milestones that have marked Psicotec’s trajectory, from our first steps as a pioneering firm in competency-based selection and assessment, to our consolidation as an international benchmark in human resources consulting, with a presence in several countries and a global network of collaborators. <\/p>\n\n

      • Taste<\/strong>, that took center stage during the cocktail reception that followed, where guests enjoyed a culinary experience designed to evoke the different stages of Psicotec’s growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        • Touch<\/strong>, in hugs and handshakes. Symbols of human connection and closeness. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

          • And Smell<\/strong>, sometimes overlooked, but the star of the evening. Aromatic notes blended together to create that atmosphere of warmth and trust that is the hallmark of Psicotec. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
