We returned with a wealth of experiences, but above all, with ideas and reflections. We came back from Cape Town with our eyes more open than ever.   <br\/> <br\/>The ENEX Global Annual Meeting 2025 was much more than just an international event. It was five intense days of conversation, shared vision, and renewed certainty: The world of global talent is changing&#8230; and so is the way we lead, collaborate, and make a real impact.  <br\/> <br\/>Representatives from more than 50 countries gathered to reflect on what unites us as a network and what challenges us as consultants in Executive Search and Leadership Development. And, although it would be impossible to cover all the issues that arose from this meeting, these are some of the key topics that marked the agenda:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How artificial intelligence is redesigning processes without replacing what makes us human.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The need for more agile, customized, customer-centric solutions and the ambition to continue growing as a network, beyond current borders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Psicotec, this edition has been very special: we have been recognized as the partner that has generated the most cross-business. This is not an achievement that can be accomplished alone: it is the result of a way of doing things based on collaboration, trust, and a clear conviction that together we are stronger. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>If I had to sum up this experience in a single idea, it would be this: the future of leadership is\u2014and will continue to be\u2014deeply human.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00aa Luisa Riob\u00f3o &#8211; General Manager at Psicotec<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent weeks, we have been sharing some of the most important ideas and lessons we have incorporated into each of our areas of work with our LinkedIn network: <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vanessa Hernanz<\/strong>, our Director of <strong>Training and Talent Development<\/strong>, reminded us that AI can automate, but it cannot empathize. Authentic, inclusive, and conscious leadership is what transforms.
