{"id":4065,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=4065"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","slug":"une-ctn314-open-session-abstract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/une-ctn314-open-session-abstract\/","title":{"rendered":"UNE CTN314 Open Session (Abstract)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 17 November, the last <strong>open session of UNE&#8217;s Technical Committee on Standardisation 314 for Human Resources management<\/strong> was held.<\/p>\n<p>This committee, which works to disseminate the development of standards and good practices in people management in our country, brought together more than 50 professionals who, in a hybrid face-to-face and online format, had the opportunity to share some of the main lines of action on which their activity has been structured in recent months.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8409 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Mar%C3%ADa-Luisa-Rioboo-UNE-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Mar\u00eda Luisa Rioboo UNE\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\">M\u00aa Luisa Riob\u00f3o de la Vega, President of the Committee and General Director of Psicotec, opened the session, highlighting the importance of this type of initiative, which provides key tools for Human Resources professionals along with a framework of reference that is sometimes lacking.<\/p>\n<p>After the intervention of Elena Ordozgoiti, Secretary of the Committee on the operation of the Committee and the ways of participation, two of the most recent works of the group were presented: the UNE 0067 Specification and the ISO 10667 Standard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UNE 0067 Specification on Teleworking:<\/strong> Alberto Mart\u00ednez Rub\u00ed, member of the Committee and HR Technician at FCC Medio Ambiente, presented the Committee&#8217;s conclusions on a matter of great interest such as Teleworking. To help organisations wishing to implement or adapt this working model, a <strong>Good Practice Guide<\/strong> has been developed and is currently in the public consultation phase. A very useful tool, which is expected to be available soon to organizations that want to implement it.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>ISO 10667 on Assessment of People in Work and Organizational Environments:<\/strong> Carmen Rodr\u00edguez Garc\u00eda, Director of Selection and Evaluation at Psicotec, shared with the audience a retrospective of this standard, highlighting two of its fundamental aspects: its increasing demand and impact on society and the improvements that have been introduced in the standard after its latest revision.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8411 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/sesion-abierta-une-300x134.png\" alt=\"Open Session UNE CTN 314\" width=\"387\" height=\"173\">These open sessions are held annually and the Committee invites all those professionals who want to contribute to shaping the Future of People Management to participate.  <strong>Only with initiatives such as the one carried out by UNE&#8217;s CTN 314 will greater professionalisation and the definitive promotion of good practices in the field of Human Resources be achieved.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 17 November, the last open session of UNE&#8217;s Technical Committee on Standardisation 314 for Human Resources management was held.
