What conclusions have we drawn from these three celebrations? <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Innovate in training and form to innovate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The most current tools, applications and programs help. Technology can be our ally as long as it is adapted to the objectives we seek with the training action. <\/p>\n<p>More important than technology itself is helping our employees develop their creativity, innovative thinking and finding original solutions to everyday problems.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If we sow the seed of innovation, our teams will be better prepared for change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Listen, experiment and learn<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We all know that the best way to internalize knowledge is to experience it in the first person. But why is it that when it comes to developing a training plan in our organizations we are reluctant to put it into practice? <\/p>\n<p>Competency training is ten times more effective if it is based on practical training&#8230; and if that practice goes hand in hand with laughter and humor, that ratio increases exponentially.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tell me and forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Communicate, evaluate, and improve<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Involve your organization in training. Make them feel part of a tailor-made training and not a catalog to \u201ccover the file\u201d. He monitors attendance, interest of the participants and always evaluates the satisfaction of each training action.
