From Psicotec Peru we have assumed with responsibility and great commitment the search and selection of a Technical Project Manager<\/strong> for the Eulen Group<\/strong>, a leading multinational company in the provision of general services to companies and specialists in activities such as cleaning, security and auxiliary services; among others.<\/p>\n

Once the target companies were mapped, we put all our direct search strategies into action, and an open and close communication channel was maintained at all times with the Human Resources Management, to whom we transferred the feedback on the evaluated candidates in a planned manner.<\/p>\n

The search was a challenge for both Eulen and Psicotec, since it was a new position to implement within the organizational structure of Eulen in Peru.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the part of Eulen, the profile designed in the Corporate was taken as a model and adapted to the existing organizational structure in Eulen Peru. On the part of Psicotec , the challenge was to locate candidates who were sufficiently analytical and numerical and who, in turn, had the necessary leadership skills to perform in a position with a report to Management<\/strong>. At Psicotec we took care in detail to transfer information about the functions and responsibilities of this new position to the candidates, an aspect that helped them to have greater clarity about the responsibility of the position and their figure within the organization. <\/p>\n

During the search, the candidates’ experience was focused on costs and budgets for FM services that involve personnel deployment. As a result, we observed that most of the candidates who perform these functions in the target companies are organizationally located within a Commercial Management, assuming among their responsibilities business development functions with account management and direct customer visits. The proposal we presented to them focused on tasks of costs or offers, and did not imply developing the work of direct contact with the customer; so the proposal was not attractive to many of the candidates contacted. <\/p>\n

We focused the search on more operational positions and after the competency assessment of the shortlisted candidates, we were successful in selecting finalist candidates with outstanding numerical and data analysis skills, as well as leadership skills for team management. Similarly, it was relevant to evaluate the aspirations and motivations of the candidates. <\/p>\n

Psicotec’s previous experience collaborating with the Eulen Group, the knowledge of the business they develop and the closeness with the heads of the Human Resources area, added to the management of the selection process based on ISO 10667 guidelines, meant, after weeks of work, to achieve a successful result with the selection of a candidate with a high suitability for the position.<\/strong><\/p>\n
