At this point in the year, it is time to take stock of the training we are doing in our company and see how we are subsidizing it. <\/p>\n<h4>If we want to subsidize our training, it is important not to leave it to the last minute. For this we have FUNDAE, but&#8230; what is FUNDAE? <\/h4>\n<p>FUNDAE is the State Foundation for Employment Training, which through the management of public funds, helps companies to train workers while facilitating their free access to the training offer.<\/p>\n<p>FUNDAE provides money to companies so that they can carry out training and this money (or credit as they call it) comes from the social security contributions made by companies. It is calculated based on the contributions for vocational training as well as the average workforce (data from the Contribution Settlement Receipts of the previous year). <\/p>\n<p>This credit generated is intended for companies to invest in training and is what is called Subsidized Training, which allows companies to keep their workers constantly trained, so that they are always up to date or acquire new knowledge.<\/p>\n<h4>Subsidized training can be applied by companies in an affordable way and in just 8 steps that we are going to explain to you in a simple way:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1. Calculate your credit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The credit you have at FUNDAE is calculated based on the contributions you have made for vocational training as well as the average workforce (data from the Contribution Settlement Receipts for the previous year). The application will calculate it automatically based on data from the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS). <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>2. Register in the application.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All the management of the bonuses is carried out through the Training application Programmed by the companies. This management can be carried out by the company itself (subsidized), or by an organizing entity. In the case of <strong>groups of companies<\/strong>, the management can be carried out by one of the companies of the group designated for this purpose.  <\/p>\n<p>To register in the application, you will need a digital certificate from the company&#8217;s Legal Representative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>3. Inform the RLT (if any).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that your company has Legal Representation of Workers (RLT), it must be informed of the subsidised training that is planned to be carried out (training actions and PIF). To do this, you must follow these steps: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Request a report from the RLT providing the following documentation:\n<ul>\n<li>Name, description and objectives of the training actions.<\/li>\n<li>Target groups and number of participants per training action.<\/li>\n<li>Expected execution schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Pedagogical means.<\/li>\n<li>Criteria for selecting participants.<\/li>\n<li>Intended place of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Balance of the training actions of the previous year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The RLT will have 15 days to rule on it.<br \/>\nOnce this period has elapsed and regardless of whether the RLT issues its report and, where appropriate, the meaning of it, the company will be able to start the training action.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of discrepancies between the company and the RLT, a period of 15 days will be granted again to try to resolve them.<\/li>\n<li>If the disagreement continues, this situation will be communicated through the application, filling in the Discrepancies Record.<\/li>\n<li>The corresponding Sectoral Joint Structure will examine the discrepancies in order to decide on the advisability of mediation by FUNDAE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>4. Communicate the start of the course<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To communicate the start of the course, you must first register the training action in the application, and then communicate the start of the training group:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">  4.1. Registration of the Training Action<\/p>\n<p>You must fill in the data they ask you for, to define what type of training you will take:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Modality (face-to-face \/ teletraining \/ mixed).<\/li>\n<li>Duration.<\/li>\n<li>Objectives<\/li>\n<li>Content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">  4.2. Communicate the training group:<\/p>\n<p>Once the training action has been registered, we will communicate the training group, at least 2 calendar days before the start date of the course. For the training group we must inform you of: when, where and who teaches it. The cancellation or modification of the location or end date of the teaching must be communicated, in any case, one day before the scheduled date for its start  <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5. Take the training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the development of the training, you must take into account the following aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The training must be free of charge for participants.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum duration of the course must be 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li>The course cannot last more than 8 hours per day, unless it is the training in just one day.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 30 participants in the face-to-face modality and 80 in the teletraining modality.<\/li>\n<li>The Attendance Control Model, the Course Evaluation Questionnaire and the Certificate of Attendance or Diploma must be completed within a maximum period of two months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"> <strong>6. Communicate the completion of the course<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the training is finished, we must communicate the end of the training in the application, communicating the participants of the course (who have completed 75% of the course), the costs of the course (direct, indirect and organizational) and the amount and month in which you are going to get a discount.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>*Private co-financing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your company has more than 5 workers, it is obliged to assume a  <strong>Percentage of total costs  <\/strong>that you communicate in the application throughout the year. For the calculation of this contribution, the <strong>Salary costs of workers trained during working hours<\/strong> will be taken into account. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>  7. Subsidises training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the completion has been communicated in the application, and until the presentation of the bulletin for the month of December of the current year, you can apply the training bonus to the Social Security Contribution Settlement receipts.<\/p>\n<p>To do this, you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be up to date with payments to the Tax Agency and Social Security<\/li>\n<li>If applicable, have informed the RLT<\/li>\n<li>Have communicated the start, carried out and communicated the end of the training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training bonuses will be applied through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seg-social.es\/wps\/portal\/wss\/internet\/InformacionUtil\/5300\/2837\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Direct Settlement system<\/a> (code 763 -FAN file code CA80- continuous training bonus), indicating the amount communicated in the application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>8. Check the result<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once finished, FUNDAE will check that all your bonuses are correct, checking:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You haven&#8217;t exceeded the maximum credit available to your business.<\/li>\n<li>That you have met all the requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Working life of the participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the results are not satisfactory, you will receive an electronic notification, where you will be informed of the reason why you have not passed their approval, and you will have ten days to make the appropriate allegations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>With these steps you can start subsidizing your courses.
