{"id":3954,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=3954"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:11","slug":"holding-of-the-x-iso-tc260-plenary-meeting-with-the-participation-of-une-ctn314","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/holding-of-the-x-iso-tc260-plenary-meeting-with-the-participation-of-une-ctn314\/","title":{"rendered":"Holding of the X ISO\/TC260 Plenary Meeting with the participation of UNE\/CTN314"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 23 and 24, 2021, the X ISO\/TC260 Plenary Meeting took place. <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><a style=\"color: #333399;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/isostandards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISO- ISO International Organization for Standardization<\/a> #TC260 #HumanResourcesManagement<\/span><br \/>\nThis meeting, which was held virtually due to the restrictions imposed by Covid-19, brought together Human Resources experts from 18 participating countries and 3 observer countries, reaching a remarkable number of 77 registered participants.<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the UNE\/CTN314 Mirror Technical Committee for Standardisation, the Spanish delegation was made up of M\u00aa Luisa Riob\u00f3o, President of CTN314 and General Director of <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Psicotec<\/span> <\/strong>and Susana Dey\u00e1, Member of CTN314 and Head of Human Resources at TIRME S.A.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, interesting proposals were discussed about the latest published standard, \u201cDiversity and Inclusion\u201d, which describes how successful diversity and inclusion management can be implemented in companies and institutions. Likewise, a section was dedicated to analyzing the Committee&#8217;s Business Plan and the creation of an Ad Hoc Group led by Yao Xin, (Chinese Delegation), on Human Resources management in the face of the new modalities of work in the GIG Economy, was promoted. Finally, the agenda for the next plenary meetings of the Committee was approved, with the intention of holding them in person.  <\/p>\n<p>Meetings of this type are an endorsement of regulatory homogenization and good practices in Human Resources and People Management at an international level, something that is increasingly necessary in a globalized and dynamic environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 23 and 24, 2021, the X ISO\/TC260 Plenary Meeting took place.
