Sometimes we may think that the situation we have had to live through is not improving, but if there is one thing we are segur@s it is that the top is getting closer and closer. We can almost see beyond. We only need one last effort and when we want to realize it, countless new horizons will open up before nosotr@s. <\/p>\n

Setting milestones and meeting them is very important<\/strong>, not only because of the motivational component, but also because we are shaping our future. Where do we want to go? Am I preparad@ to achieve it? What do we need to achieve this? <\/strong><\/p>\n

That’s why, at this point in the journey, we look back at the last twelve months and see all the good that we have accomplished<\/strong>. The effort has been worth it and it is with that energy that we plan our next steps. <\/p>\n

Sales team training program for Cobber Iberia.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"CobberCobber Iberia, <\/strong>together with Psicotec, launched last May a training program aimed at the sales teams<\/strong> of each of its thirteen partners throughout Spain. The objective of the program is to provide practical tools to salespeople so that, immediately, they can put them into practice<\/strong> and implement them in their day-to-day work. These sessions are proposed as the basis for becoming aware of the need for evolution and change in the role of the salesperson<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The program, designed ad-hoc for each of the partners, consists of a total of 24 face-to-face hours<\/strong> (divided into three sessions with a monthly frequency). In addition to these face-to-face workshops, personalized follow-up of each participant is added through the Gamified Virtual Classroom that aims to consolidate and consolidate learning. <\/p>\n

Thus, an attempt has been made to homogenise and align teams and commercial policies across all partners; Promote a sense of belonging to the group and brand.<\/p>\n

    Teleworking Consultancy\/Evaluation Project for FIIAPP<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \"FIIAPPFIIAPP,<\/strong> the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies, awarded PSICOTEC the implementation of a Consultancy Project for the Evaluation of Teleworking<\/strong>, by carrying out a diagnosis and evaluation of teleworking in the organisation, incorporating proposals for improvement.<\/p>\n

    This institution, an actor in Spanish and European cooperation within the framework of the 2030 Agenda, is present in more than 100 countries<\/strong> and accompanies partner institutions and countries in their public policy reform processes, so remote work is an unquestionable reality of their day-to-day work.<\/p>\n

    In the development of the project, the impulse of its Management has played a leading role, as well as the participation of all the organisation’s staff who, through Online Questionnaires and Focus Groups, captured the reality, the critical points and the aspects of development of an initiative that, by the very nature of FIIAPP, It has a markedly strategic character.<\/p>\n

    The close collaboration with the HR and Organization team has favored the fluidity and optimal performance of this intrinsically participatory project <\/strong> and with the will to adapt the work model to the demands of the current environment.<\/p>\n

    Selection and Evaluation Project for Acciona Facility Services – Portugal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \"ACCIONAAs part of its growth and in order to feed the dynamism of its activity, Acciona Facility Services has been strengthening its team through the incorporation of professionals from the technical area<\/strong> and in support of the different businesses of its clients.<\/p>\n

    To feed this dynamism, it has the collaboration of Psicotec<\/strong>, which dates back to 2018, in the identification of professionals, especially in the areas of technical engineering. The mission to contribute to the development and focus on people that both companies share, as well as the proximity and level of communication, has proven to be fundamental for a successful collaboration. <\/p>\n

    In addition to the selection area, Psicotec also has the opportunity to collaborate with Acciona in carrying out Evaluations<\/strong>: Acciona values the rigorous evaluation of candidates through evaluation methodologies appropriate to the needs and this is also one of our basic services, contributing to greater rigor in the processes developed internally.<\/p>\n

    Selection, Evaluation and Consulting Project for Soler & Palau – Peru<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \"logo_solerpalau\"Since the implementation of S&P in Peru, Psicotec has been collaborating with them in varioustalent management projects; such as personnel selection, evaluation and various consulting projects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In times of pandemic, ventilation solutions, services offered by Soler & Palau, have been in great demand in the market. Given this growth, S&P Peru has also wanted to dedicate efforts to develop its team of professionals and the organization in general. <\/p>\n

    The great involvement of the General Manager in the improvement of the climate and the development of his workers<\/strong> meant launching various consulting projects, starting with a work environment study that had the participation of all S&P Peru employees.<\/p>\n

    In addition, they implemented a performance evaluation<\/strong> system and emphasis was placed on training their leaders in effective feedback techniques.<\/p>\n

    Finally, through the Assessment Center<\/strong> , various dynamics were put into practice in order to measure competencies and propose individual development actions. All this through recreational days in which the integration of the team was focused. <\/p>\n
