For some time now, the challenges seem to be piling up. It may seem that sometimes we don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, but if we stop for a few moments, breathe and do an exercise in objectivity, the truth is that we are getting closer and closer. As a Hindu proverb says: <\/p>\n

For Psicotec, the first half of 2021 has been a period full of contrasts: advances, setbacks, reunions and a capacity that, for us, goes beyond pure necessity and is a true will for change and constant improvement.<\/p>\n
In this environment that already transcends uncertainty, we must think ahead and lay a solid foundation. There is nothing better to achieve this than to take firm steps in those initiatives that best define us: <\/p>\n

The initiative, which emerged in 2020 as a necessity derived from the coronavirus pandemic, has become one of the strategic pillars of the organization in the first half of 2021. In a world in which more and more business models, more work formulas and more organizational diversity coexist, continuous training is an undeniable reality. From Psicotec we want to contribute with our series of free Webinars, training pills that twice a month focus on topics that, sometimes due to lack of time, HR professionals put aside. <\/p>\n
During these months we have achieved two objectives: we have consolidated our meetings in Spain and we have made the international leap with Webinars in Portugal, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and Chile.<\/strong> After the success of the first semester, and with more than 1000 unique participants and an average rating of 9.5 out of 10<\/strong>, we are currently preparing the September-December agenda. We are sure that they will be of interest to you. We will inform you soon. <\/p>\n Two years ago we embarked on an exciting project: to create a business line of digital and technological profile selection from A different perspective: to be a meeting point for the entire community of digital and technological talent.<\/strong><\/p>\n This initiative began its journey from our hub in Barcelona<\/strong> and, despite the challenges of recent months, it has been growing first nationally and then internationally. In such a way that today we can consider ourselves as a true global agent. <\/p>\n At the beginning of the year, the union of Psicotec Portugal, the main hub for technological profiles of the Psicotec Group<\/strong>, allowed Wave to catapult into new markets such as Portugal or Brazil, in addition to strengthening our position in Europe. This, together with the growing demand for IT profiles in Latin America, has allowed us to expand our operations and be able to carry out searches for digital & tech talent in more than 50 countries.<\/strong> <\/p>\n Are you looking for developers, specialists in a programming language, system administrators, CMOs or Product Owners (… among others)?<\/strong> The digital and technological ecosystem is constantly changing and that is why at Wave of Talent we are constantly analysing the technologies, profiles and skills that best suit what is to come.
