{"id":3929,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:13","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=3929"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:13","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:13","slug":"extraordinary-measures-in-training-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/extraordinary-measures-in-training-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Extraordinary measures in Training (Covid-19)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The State Public Employment Service (<strong>SEPE)<\/strong> published the <strong>resolution<\/strong> of 15 April 2020, which establishes <strong>extraordinary measures<\/strong> to deal with the impact of <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> on <strong>vocational training<\/strong> for employment in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Average workforce of the beneficiary company<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To benefit from the provisions of this resolution, the <strong>beneficiary companies <\/strong>must maintain, at least, the <strong>average workforce of the last 6 months<\/strong> prior to the declaration of the state of alarm, during the period of execution of the face-to-face training actions through a virtual classroom. For these purposes, workers who have been affected by temporary employment regulation files (<strong>ERTEs)<\/strong> will be counted as staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Face-to-face training can be carried out through the Virtual Classroom<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspended <strong>training actions <\/strong>or groups <strong>initiated previously<\/strong> whose delivery modality was<strong> face-to-face or mixed<\/strong>, may continue to be carried out in the communicated modality using the <strong>virtual classroom as face-to-face training.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>New <strong>actions <\/strong>or training groups may also be initiated during the <strong>state of alarm <\/strong>in <strong>face-to-face or mixed modalities using the virtual classroom<\/strong> as face-to-face training.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A virtual classroom <\/strong>is considered to be the learning environment where the tutor-trainer and students <strong>interact<\/strong>, concurrently and in real time, through a synchronous telematic communication system that allows a process of knowledge exchange to be carried out in order to enable the <strong>learning<\/strong> of the people who participate in the classroom.<\/li>\n<li>The virtual classroom will allow for <strong>synchronised connectivity <\/strong>between the trainers and the participating students, as well as <strong>bidirectional<\/strong> communications.<\/li>\n<li>It must have a <strong>record of connections <\/strong>generated by the virtual classroom application in which the <strong>participants<\/strong> in the classroom are <strong>identified<\/strong>, for each training action carried out through this means, as well as their <strong>dates and times of connection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It will <strong>allow the connection<\/strong>during the time of the classroom by the control bodies, for the purposes of monitoring and control actions.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>cost <\/strong>of the module applicable to a face-to-face training action that is taught through a virtual classroom will be maintained for the total number of hours of said action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication of the start and modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communications of the start of the training may be made up to <strong>two days before <\/strong>the start date of each group.<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation or <strong>modification <\/strong>of the data of an action or training group<strong> <\/strong>must be communicated, in any case, <strong>one day<\/strong> before the date scheduled for its start.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the near future we will hold a <strong>free and informative webinar<\/strong> to clarify doubts about the use of <strong>the virtual classroom <\/strong> and other aspects of the aforementioned resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2020\/04\/17\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2020-4506.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> to see the Resolution of 15 April 2020, of the State Public Employment Service, which establishes, in its scope of management, extraordinary measures to deal with the impact of COVID-19 on vocational training for employment in the workplace.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The State Public Employment Service (SEPE) published the resolution of 15 April 2020, which establishes extraordinary measures to deal with the impact of COVID-19 on vocational training for employment in the workplace.
