If we want to subsidize training, it is important not to leave it to the last minute. <\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we want to remind you of the <strong>5 changes that FUNDAE has introduced<\/strong> compared to previous years. Notes: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>participation of one worker<\/strong> in training actions of more than 8 hours a day is allowed, with a limit of 10 hours.\n<ul>\n<li>As long as the teaching is concentrated in a single day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The training actions will be considered <strong>teletraining.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Provided that the face-to-face part of the training action is equal to or less than 20 percent of its total duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The face-to-face training will be organised in<strong> groups of up to 30 participants<\/strong> .\n<ul>\n<li>In training linked to certificates of professionalism, the maximum will be 25 participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Companies with fewer than 50 employees may indicate their willingness <strong>to reserve the unavailable training credit<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>From 1 July this information cannot be modified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The organising entities must indicate whether the companies that are part of a grouping are part of a <strong>business network<\/strong> or not.\n<ul>\n<li>If so, you must indicate which network you are part of and with what link. In this case, the affected companies may carry out actions using their own means or by contracting them. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With these clear changes, it is time to continue training and developing our internal Talent.<\/p>\n<p>How?&#8230; Have you not yet launched your training plan this year?
