{"id":3872,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:26","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=3872"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:26","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:26","slug":"event-vlc-managing-permanent-disability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/event-vlc-managing-permanent-disability\/","title":{"rendered":"Event (VLC) &#8211; Managing Permanent Disability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On February 8, we held the working breakfast \u201cThe Management of Permanent Disability (PI): From employee support to cost savings due to absenteeism\u201d at the Bancaja Foundation in Valencia, between 9:00 a.m. and 12 noon approximately.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting, which was born with the intention of presenting Gestolasa and the Management of Permanent Disability in Valencia, was attended by 20 companies of great importance in the Valencian Community, including Ford, RNB and DS Smith Tecnicart\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great example of the synergies that we can offer if both organizations work together: the extensive experience of the Gestolasa Health Area together with the network of Psicotec companies in Valencia allowed us to achieve a double objective:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full capacity, exceeding initial expectations<\/li>\n<li>A high degree of attendee satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the words of Ignacio Pe\u00f1a, \u201c&#8230; <em>It is essential that the company can know how to detect these situations in order to act as soon as possible and reduce the overall absenteeism rate by providing the necessary help to the affected employees&#8230;\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4732 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/evento_ip_vlc_networking.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"304\" height=\"228\">After a brief presentation of the session by Vanessa Hernanz, Director of Development and Consulting at Psicotec and head of the Valencia office, Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez and Ignacio Pe\u00f1a explained the importance of correct Management of Permanent Disability in the Company.
