{"id":3859,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:28","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=3859"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:28","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:28","slug":"project-spotlight-cultural-transformation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/project-spotlight-cultural-transformation\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Spotlight: Cultural Transformation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Aseguradora Solidaria trusts Psicotec Colombia to implement its cultural transformation project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aseguradora Solidaria, one of the main insurers in Colombia, fourth best company to work for in Colombia in 2016 and the fifteenth best company to work for in Latin America in 2017 according to the Great Place to Work Institute, renews its trust in <strong>Psicotec<\/strong> and entrusts it with its project \u201cCultural Transformation oriented to Customer Service\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>This cultural change project seeks a comprehensive transformation that includes three aspects: being, thinking and doing.<\/p>\n<p>During 2017, and in order to have an impact on these three areas, the project focused on falling in love with feelings and friendly relationships with customer service, both internal and external.<\/p>\n<p>In these months, several actions have been carried out aimed at giving greater depth and transcendence to the project: the Culture and Service Network has been consolidated, which integrates all the collaborators of the front, middle and back office and recreational and cultural initiatives have been launched such as a cooking workshop that we affectionately call <strong>Psicochef<\/strong>,  reflection sessions, service labs and coffees with managers.<\/p>\n<p>Work was done to strengthen achievement-oriented competencies to provide professional advice, team and synergy in favor of easy service, innovation and creativity towards organizational flexibility, assertive communication and customer service.<\/p>\n<p>This 20-week project has covered more than 800 employees throughout Colombia and has achieved a 90% customer satisfaction rating, a rating that supports <strong>Psicotec&#8217;s<\/strong> commitment to quality and service.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aseguradora Solidaria trusts Psicotec Colombia to implement its cultural transformation project.
