WANO has identified its Professional Development Program as a strength in ANAV’s Corporate Peer Review, within which the SUMA+ Project is and stands out.<\/strong><\/p>\n

WANO, the World Association of Nuclear Operators, is an international organization founded in 1986 with the purpose of promoting cooperation and professional excellence in the nuclear industries.<\/p>\n

Among its different programs, it is worth highlighting the so-called Peer Reviews, which allow members to compare themselves against the highest quality standards. All of this is analysed in depth by an external and independent team <\/p>\n

It is in the 2017 Corporate Peer Review carried out at ANAV (Asc\u00f3-Vandell\u00f3s Nuclear Association), where this Professional Development Program has been identified as a strength, within which the S.U.M.A.+ project, developed in collaboration with Psicotec<\/strong>, stands out.<\/p>\n

The main objective of this project is to develop a Key Collective of ANAV through a Plan that allows them to work on management and leadership skills in a participatory environment. The improvement of the participants is a priority element of action. <\/p>\n

S.U.M.A.+ has already advanced with 4 groups of 30 people each; The program lasts approximately twelve months, after which it has been possible to measure an increase of up to 12% in some of the skills worked on.<\/p>\n

Through the successful combination of different development and learning tools, such as High Impact Actions (Outdoor training, escape room…), experiential workshops, group coaching and individual coaching. All this, supported by a follow-up of each of the participants, focuses on a series of areas of development treated individually, which takes as a starting point the strengths of each of them. <\/p>\n
