On Tuesday, June 28th, PSICOTEC Portugal celebrated its 10 years of existence in the country by organizing a working breakfast, in collaboration with the Luso-Spanish Chamber of Commerce, which was attended by prominent customers and friends.<\/p>\n
The conference took place at the exclusive Corinthia Lisbon Hotel and was attended by Mr. Francisco Contreras, Secretary General of the Portuguese Spanish Chamber of Commerce; Ms. Mar\u00eda Luisa Riob\u00f3o, General Director of Psicotec SA; Ms. Susana Bogalho, Director of Psicotec Portugal and Mr. Marc Bisbe, Managing Director of Seat Portugal who offered their point of view on the challenges posed by the coordination of organizational structures for the entire Iberian Peninsula. <\/p>\n
Mr. Contreras shared the experience of trade and trade growth between Spain and Portugal from a chamber point of view.<\/p>\n
Ms. Mar\u00eda Luisa Riob\u00f3o wanted to convey to the attendees the experience of Psicotec in its implementation in the Portuguese country as well as the challenges that they have been working on as a result of the trend to \u201ciberize\u201d the human resources departments of both Portuguese and Spanish companies. <\/p>\n
He also highlighted that Psicotec Portugal was the first Portuguese-speaking consulting firm to obtain ISO 10667, which ensures good practices in the evaluation of people in an organizational context.<\/p>\n
Ms. Susana Bogalho presented the results of a study carried out, through more than 3,000 surveys carried out among directors and managers of the Human Resources area, on the challenges of the \u201cIberianization\u201d of companies from the point of view of people management, which has put on the table the challenges that a project to unify departments that coordinate their activity from a single country (Spain or Portugal) can pose for an organization. <\/p>\n
Finally, Mr. Marc Bisbe recounted his experience as a Spaniard who has assumed the General Management of a multinational company based in Portugal (Seat Portugal) in 2012 and how he has improved the results of the organization thanks to the efficient management of the business and the Portuguese team.<\/p>\n
The debate and questions generated by the attendees at the end of the presentations was very enriching and interesting, resulting in a very positive day with interesting contributions to the field of human resources in the face of the trend of the aforementioned unification or Iberianization of companies that have centers both in Spain and Portugal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
