Last Thursday, May 19, Psicotec, a multinational consulting firm that offers comprehensive solutions in people management, participated in the plenary meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization 314 \u201cHuman resources management\u201d at AENOR’s headquarters in Madrid.<\/p>\n
The Technical Committee for Standardisation AEN\/CTN 314 \u201cHuman resources management\u201d is a forum created by AENOR in Spain in which top-level stakeholders in the country participate and are therefore part of this ISO initiative.<\/p>\n
This is an interesting initiative promoted by the international committee ISO\/TC 260 \u201cHuman resource management\u201d, led by the USA, which has the participation of more than 40 countries and has proposed a complete work program that addresses numerous aspects of people management, the objectification of which will be very useful for organizations and professionals.<\/p>\n
Psicotec, a firm supporter of good practices in people management, actively participates in the debate and development of standards regarding Recruitment, Training and Development, among others.<\/p>\n
