{"id":3686,"date":"2025-05-26T18:45:24","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.psicotec.com\/?p=3686"},"modified":"2025-05-26T18:45:24","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T18:45:24","slug":"good-health-of-permanent-disability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/en\/good-health-of-permanent-disability\/","title":{"rendered":"Good Health of Permanent Disability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At this point, all of us, both at Gestolasa and Psicotec, have heard about the Gestolasa Health Area and Permanent Disability.<\/p>\n<p>Some may still have questions about how it works or its limits, but what is beyond doubt is the great potential of this line of business.<\/p>\n<p>We started this 2018 with the organization of an event in Valencia attended by more than 15 companies. \u201cThe Management of Permanent Disability (PI): From employee support to cost savings due to absenteeism\u201d was a before and after: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We return to a format that had been very well received in the past<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Psicotec and Gestolasa work closely together with a clear objective: the cross-selling of our services.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As we already mentioned in the February issue, the attendees were satisfied and we began to collect clear interest from some companies to send us some of their Permanent Disability cases.<\/p>\n<p>Today we can already say that this interest is not limited only to the participants of the working breakfast, but that the strategy followed since then to disseminate and attract new cases is bearing fruit.<\/p>\n<p>In the last two months <strong>we expanded our client portfolio<\/strong> with Codorniu, Heineken, Globalia, Domus, Berg\u00e9, RNB Cosmetics and Natra. The latter three are the result of the Psicotec-Gestolasa cross-selling. <\/p>\n<p>Few things are as gratifying as discovering that the initial intuition of the synergies we could achieve is being fulfilled, so at this point we must ask ourselves <strong>: And how to continue improving?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the strategy is good, the logical thing to do is to optimize it. For this reason, in the coming months we will continue to organise working breakfasts in which Absenteeism and Permanent Disability will be, together with us, the protagonists. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Upcoming dates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>June 18: Working breakfast with the partners of the Garrigues labor area.<\/li>\n<li>June 26-27.
