In this context, we had the opportunity to design and implement a particularly meaningful experience for a multinational company in the collective catering sector<\/strong>. An intervention that perfectly sums up what a true Team Booster means: inspiring, uniting, and activating lasting positive relationships. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n Our client has a diverse team, spread across multiple branches, business lines, and areas, with a high level of commitment and professionalism. However, as is often the case in decentralized structures, relationships between people from different backgrounds are functional but rarely personal. There was a latent need to foster mutual understanding beyond day-to-day operations<\/strong>, to create spaces that would facilitate emotional connections between people. <\/p>\n\n The objective was clear: to create a transformative experience that would allow us to rediscover ourselves as people, not just as roles.<\/strong> An emotional boost that would leave its mark. To achieve this, the best methodology was undoubtedly Team Building. <\/p>\n\n To respond to this challenge, we designed a 4-hour workshop structured as an Impact Booster<\/strong>, an experiential experience aimed at awakening positive emotions, activating interpersonal recognition, and fostering cohesion among people who do not usually interact. The client launched it internally, and people voluntarily signed up for a call that ultimately included eight editions in different branches. <\/p>\n\n The workshop combined participatory dynamics, moments of group reflection, visual resources, and positive psychology tools to create a safe and authentic environment. From the very beginning, the focus was on creating connection<\/strong>, and we achieved this through: <\/p>\n\n All of this was accompanied by experiential activities, music, movement, and a lot of heart. <\/p>\n\n The experience was enjoyed by more than 70 participants from different delegations<\/strong>, and the result was unanimous: emotion, closeness, and real connection<\/strong>. People highlighted the opportunity to \u201csee each other in a different light,\u201d to discover commonalities that go beyond work, and to feel part of a larger team. <\/p>\n\n Among the most notable achievements: <\/p>\n\n This success story is not an isolated one. It is part of a broader trend that we at Psicotec have wanted to highlight throughout the month of June: Team Boosters<\/strong> as powerful tools for transforming teams from within.\u202f <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n Because yes, we talk about development, leadership, results, emotions… but all of that is only sustainable if people feel connected, recognized, and part of something. And that is exactly what Team Boosters do: activate the human dimension of work<\/strong>. It’s not just about having fun for a while, but about building relationships with meaning, purpose, and positive emotion.\u202f <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n This workshop has been a clear example of this.
