The Challenge<\/h2>\n\n

Contenur approached Psicotec with the need to hire a Business Developer based in Dubai to lead commercial expansion in the Middle East and Asia. This hire was key to consolidating the company’s presence in a region with great growth opportunities, but also with cultural, linguistic, and market particularities that required a precise search adapted to the local context. <\/p>\n\n

The challenge was not only to find a professional with experience in international business development, but also someone with a high capacity for adaptation, strategic vision, and, above all, a strong alignment with Contenur’s culture and values. <\/p>\n\n

Psicotec’s Talent Acquisition and Executive Search department proposed a global direct search strategy (Executive Search), leveraging our membership in ENEX<\/strong><\/a>, an international network of firms specializing in Executive Search, present in more than 50 countries. This network, together with our sector knowledge and the close collaborative relationship we have maintained with Contenur for many years, enabled us to define the target profile with great precision. <\/p>\n\n

Rigorous evaluation: <\/strong>We applied a robust evaluation process, aligned with the ISO 10667 standard for evaluating people in organizational contexts, to ensure the suitability of the profile for the position and the organizational culture. In addition, we maintained fluid contact with the Contenur team throughout the process, facilitating decision-making at each stage. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        The entire process was designed with a \u201cboutique\u201d approach: personalized, agile, focused on the individual, and with special care taken to ensure confidentiality and the effective management of time and sensitive information. <\/p>\n\n
