The importance of technology, the efficient use of water and the internationalisation of its operations are three aspects of special relevance in its day-to-day work and which, to a large extent, also condition its human resources decisions. <\/p>\n\n<p>From the Search, Selection and Executive Search Area of Psicotec we have collaborated with Molecor in the identification, attraction and incorporation of the best talent for both technical and business positions, aspiring to become a true partner that makes its own talent and people management needs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Since 2018 we have accompanied Molecor in several selection processes, for positions as diverse as Commercial Managers and Delegates, Engineers, ORP Coordinators, Financial Controllers, Company Lawyers and Design Engineers.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, since the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/test.psicotec.com\/blog\/psicotec-se-une-a-enex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">incorporation of Psicotec to the Global Network of Direct Search, Headhunting and Executive Search ENEX,<\/a><\/strong> we have enhanced our international reach with the aim of providing a better service in more than 50 countries around the world. As a result of this momentum, we have recently been able to support Molecor in the Search for a Financial Director for South Africa. A new challenge that we have faced by combining our global reach and knowledge of the local market.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Methodology of the Executive Search Molecor-Psicotec project<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>For Psicotec, the fundamental starting point is to know Molecor&#8217;s values and expectations.
