With a clear objective, to build high-performance teams, today we reflect on the importance of teambuilding for the development of skills and share some of the latest trends in experiential training.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is teambuilding for skills development?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Teambuilding is a methodology that is based on the creation of high-impact experiences to promote collaboration, communication, creativity and trust among the people who make up a work team. In this way, interpersonal relationships, innovation and cooperation will be strengthened, which will allow us to transform some patterns of behavior, orienting them towards the achievement of corporate objectives. <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/test.psicotec.com\/blog\/team-building-que-es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>A teambuilding can be organised through various activities<\/strong><\/a>, from games and group dynamics to workshops and training courses, depending on the development and training needs and the objectives pursued.<\/p>\n\n<p>But if we want these actions to have a real impact on our teams and on the results of the organization, we must design them with a clearly competency-based approach. They can also be excellent allies in our internal talent development plan.
