APP-Sales (Assessment Programme Profile-Sales) y APP-After Sales (Assessment Programme Profile-After Sales): Own program of specific assessment for identifying commercial profiles in the automotive sector.
Based on the requirements of ISO 10667 Standard, it also measures all the skills involved in the most common sales and post-sales hin the sector. For implement this, it uses different techniques and tools to be applied on-site, on-line or blended.
It includes, moreover, a Communication Plan, Factorial Results Analysis and specific Trainning Pills for the sales area.
