ANAV considers people as one of the main basis of its strategic plan. They are persuaded of the added value that people can give to a Company’s profit; therefore they have started the SUMA+ project (which stands for the Spanish initials of Overcoming, Union, Motivation and Attitude) with the aim of developing one of their key departments composed of 180 people.

SUMA+ wants to give each person tools to affront challenges either as individuals (personal skills) as members of an organization where objectives and results are shared (relational skills).

It is a project that encourages working in management and leadership skills in a participative environment, where the priority is participants’ development.

Leaded by Psicotec, the SUMA+ project is divided in four main periods: an outdoor program, an assessment, feedback and training programs based on competencies and created according to the obtained results.
