SALES CONSULTANT

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of the boutique, delivering an excellent guest experience and will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team.
  • Passionate about the brand and customer service

  • Is flexible and works well with colleagues and management to accomplish duties

  • Is comfortable following procedure

  • Performs housekeeping duties as required

  • Meets or exceeds the set goals

  • Shows a positive attitude towards the products and the brand

  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment

SALES CONSULTANT PREMIUM

The Sales Consultant Premium will be responsible for driving sales of the boutique, delivering an exceptional guest experience and will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the Store Management team.
  • Create a positive first and last impression for guests by showing an energetic attitude and by adhering to the brand’s dress code and grooming requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Responsible for achieving personal or team sales goals and key metrics

  • Recommend, select and help locate products based on guests’ needs and desires

  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment

  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment

LUXURY SALES CONSULTANT

The Luxury Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and profit in their identified area of business and supporting the overall boutique performance. The associate is also responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by keeping the boutique environment organised and by offering a friendly and efficient service.
